How does Orderfox prioritize employee engagement and satisfaction?

Employee satisfaction is a top priority at Orderfox. 

Every quarter we conduct an employee survey, taking the input very seriously. There's still a lot of work to be done, but we're promoting an "open door policy", which means that we're always taking the time to listen to our employees and make sure that they can express their opinions in a "psychologically safe" space. 

What steps does Orderfox take to promote work-life balance among its employees?

We understand that our employees have lives outside of work, and we encourage them to prioritize their well-being. We offer flexible work arrangements (hours and location) to ensure our employees have the time to rest and recharge.

The COVID-19 pandemic has significantly impacted the work environment, and employee burnout has increased. A study by the Society for Human Resource Management* found that 41% of employees reported feeling burned out, up from 25% in 2019.

Employee mental health has become a more significant concern. According to a survey by Qualtrics**, 61% of employees reported worse mental health since the pandemic began.

Of course, the Covid-19 pandemic has also brought benefits to working life, such as a reduced environmental impact due to progressive remote or hybrid working. A study by the University of California found that telecommuting reduces greenhouse gas emissions by 54 million metric tons annually in the US alone***.

What steps is Orderfox taking to ensure an inclusive workplace culture in the future?

We believe that diversity is a strength, and we are committed to fostering an inclusive work environment where everyone feels valued and respected. We have already reached a very high level but want to go further.

How will Orderfox ensure that its values and mission are reflected in the company culture in the future?

In 2023, Orderfox plans to roll out our values and establish a value-driven culture. We also plan to regularly communicate our mission and values to all employees and integrate them into our daily operations and decision-making processes.
