What is a typical day at Orderfox like for you?

Push novel concepts and implement them, while at the same time ensuring the current state of affairs remain operational. It usually starts with a small team sync, then cross department alignment, working on my daily tasks, and prioritizing on urgency before working with our external partners during the afternoon - I also get to enjoy the lakefront over lunch ;).

How long have you worked for Orderfox?

1 year and 4 months.

What’s your favourite part about working for Orderfox?

That I get to push my ideas and make things happen with other people. It surely is a one in a lifetime experience no other company can offer!

What challenges do you face and how do you deal with these?

Many ideas are fascinating and could potentially add a tremendous value; yet we only have 24h and one must prioritize them. I thus try my best to include the entire team in these decisions ensuring that any concept can be supported by data before we go ahead and make it happen without reinventing the wheel!

What makes working at Orderfox special for you?

The people: great minds working together in achieving the seemingly impossible while keeping a positive attitude and bridging departments.

If you could sum up the culture at Orderfox into 3 words what would they be?

Innovative - challenging - collaborative.

What are you looking forward to accomplishing at Orderfox?

To gradually challenge and transform the business standards of an established industry while at the same time shape the future of manufacturing - Europe’s backbone.

What do you like to do in your spare time? What hobbies do you have?

Spending time with friends and family, sport, photography, discovering new cultures and people, being in nature, and pushing myself through various challenges and adventures.

What’s your favourite movie?

“2001: A Space Odyssey”.

What’s your favourite food?

Too many possibilities! But I surely would devour Taiwanese dumplings on a daily basis
