Your responsibilities involve
- Generating and receiving manufacturing enquiries for technical drawing parts made of metal or synthetic material
- Reviewing data provided for completeness
- Telephone and email contact to clarify details of tenders
- Placing client-specific enquiries through the platform ORDERFOX.com
- Corresponding with CNC manufacturers within the platform for making detailed arrangements
- Evaluating and comparing quotes in accordance with buyer requirements
- Collating and allocating submitted quotes to buyers
- Providing support with procurement over the platform
- Evaluating transactions together with buyers
- Enhancing existing customer relationships and providing support in acquiring new customers and quotes
Your Profile
- Open to new, digital solutions in sourcing processes
- Commercial and technical ( e.g. engineering, mechanical processing, process technology etc.) education
- OR extensive experience in the procurement of drawing parts
- E xperience with quote management
- E xcellent organisation, independent and an eye for detail
- Innovative, team player, good communicator
