Your responsibilities involve:
- Receiving manufacturing enquiries for technical drawing parts made of metal or synthetic material Reviewing data provided for completeness
- Telephone and email contact to clarify details of tenders
- Placing client-specific enquiries through the platformORDERFOX.com
- Corresponding with CNC manufacturers within the platform for making detailed arrangements
- Evaluating and comparing quotes in accordance with buyer requirements
- Collating and allocating submitted quotes to buyers
- Providing support with procurement over the platform
- Evaluating transactions together with buyers
- Enhancing existing customer relationships and providing support in acquiring new customers and quotes
Your profile:
- Open to new, digital solutions in sourcing processes
- Technical education (e.g. engineering, mechanical processing, process technology etc.)
- Experience in procurement of technical drawing parts will be of advantage
- Excellent organisation, independent and an eye for detail
- Innovative, team player, good communicator
