We are looking for a Sales Operation Analyst (m/f/d) team member to join us for a full-time permanent position as soon as possible.
You will be part of a cross functional team, working closely with our customer success and sales departments. The team is extremely young by average. We insist on and cultivate an open & inclusive workplace without strict hierarchies or communication barriers.
Responsibilities:
- CRM system (Hubspot) specialist providing key reporting, training, problem solving, and data validation/review
- Lead generation (list building via external workers)
- Manage the day-to-day set up and administration of Hubspot for CRM
- Assist the sales managers in the annual Strategic Planning processes, providing necessary analytics on sales
- Implement new processes and setup automations in Hubspot according to the requirements of our sales managers and on basis of your own inputs / considerations
- Document Sales processes and workflows and provide recommendations for improvements
- Ensure high data integrity across Sales platforms
- Always have an eye out for the next best thing by evaluating new technologies and add-on applications
Experience Requirements:
- BA/BS degree in a technical or business oriented field
- 1-3 years of strong analytical and problem solving experience in Sales Operations
- Proven experience driving projects through completion
- Must be fluent in English and ideally have multilingual proficiency (German would be ideal)
Critical skills:
- Experienced in Hubspot, Salesforce or similar CRM Administration & workflow automation (in depth knowledge is required)
- Ability to process data and apply critical business thinking to come up with simple recommendations
- Ability to handle concurrent projects, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet tight timelines
- Focused and goal-oriented attitude
- Courageous, open and brave personality
- Acute attention to detail, process oriented mindset, and customer centric can-do attitude
- Strong initiative and confidence to complete projects with limited supervision
Preferred skills:
- Business Acumen
- Experience in digital platforms, ideally in the B2B marketplace sector
- Continuous improvement and Lean Six Sigma
